RIPOTE, AM: This appeal filed by the Assessee is directed against the order of ld.Commissioner of Income Tax(Appeals), Pune-12 for the A.Y. 2020-21 dated 26.07.2022 emanating from assessment order of DCIT, Central Circle-2(2), Pune dated 30.09.2021 passed under section 143(3) of the I.T.Act, 1961. 2. The appeal came up for hearing on 12 th January, 2023. At the time of hearing, no one appeared on behalf of the assessee. However, the assessee submitted a letter vide application dated 11.01.2023 in which he has submitted that he is not desirous of ITA No.700/PUN/2022 Pritam Goyal [A] 2 pursing the appeal, hence, the present appeal may permitted to be withdrawn. The application for withdrawal of appeal as under : 3. On the other hand, the ld.Departmental Representative(ld.DR) of the Revenue did not object to the contention of the assessee and has no objection if the appeal of assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
