No. 541, 542 & 543 are three miscellaneous applications by the assessee preferred against the common order of this Tribunal in ITA No.2842/Del/2010, 2843/Del/2010 and 6029/Del/2012 for A.Y. 2004-05, 2005-06 and 2006-07. 2 2. The captioned miscellaneous applications were first listed for hearing on 10.01.2020 when the Counsel took adjournment. Thereafter on each occasion when the appeal was listed for hearing it got adjourned. On 01.10.2021 Counsel Harpreet Singh advocate moved an application for the withdrawal of his Vakalatnama. Thereafter whenever the miscellaneous applications were listed for hearing none appeared on behalf of the assessee. 3. It appears that either the assessee is not traceable or it is not interested in pursuing the miscellaneous applications. Therefore, we do not find any merit in keeping these miscellaneous applications pending and, therefore, all these miscellaneous applications are dismissed for non prosecution. 4.
