It is stated that the original notice has been issued by the JAO who did not have the jurisdiction in view of new faceless scheme having come into operation, however, this Court did not intervene as the final order had been passed and the appeal has also been preferred before the Appellate Authority. In the meanwhile, it is stated that the respondents have initiated the proceedings under Section 270/274 of the Income Tax Act. 4. Considering the aforesaid, we deem it appropriate to stay the impugned notices dated 01.05.2025 and 07.05.2025 passed by the respondents till further orders and we direct that no coercive steps shall be taken till the appeal is decided as the Coordinate Bench of this Court has already passed the order dated 06.12.2025 in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.16591/2025 (Pankaj Kumar Garg Vs. Principal Commissioner of Income Tax & Ors.). 5. In view of the above, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 6.
